Dog lovers of Sioux Lookout! Join us at the Children’s Festival for the Dog Parade. Bring your best dressed pet and show it off at the Town Beach starting at 10am.

Prize Categories for:

  • Best Dressed Pet
  • Smallest Pet
  • Best Pet Look-A-Like
  • Best Groomed Pet
  • Best Pet Trick

Rules for Owners:

  • Clean up after your pet
  • Pets must be on their leash at all times
  • Please remember that you are responsible for your own pet and its actions

"The Blueberry Festival Committee is pleased to be celebrating the 30th Annual Blueberry Festival in the year of the Sioux Lookout Centennial. The theme for this year’s Blueberry Festival will be 'Hometown Heroes.' We have chosen this theme because we would like to honour and celebrate the people who have worked so hard to make our community what it is today. In light of Sioux Lookout’s Centennial, the Blueberry Festival Committee would like to take this opportunity to encourage a sense of civic pride within Sioux Lookout that can be carried on in the years to come. Come out to celebrate with us and honour your Hometown Heroes August 3 - 12, 2012”
