Law Enforcement Torch Run & BBQ

From 11:30am-2pm, show your support for the Law Enforcement Torch Run & BBQ at the Travel Information Centre. $25 per person. Proceeds help support the Special Olympics. Registration deadline is July 29 at 4:30pm.

"The Blueberry Festival Committee is pleased to be celebrating the 30th Annual Blueberry Festival in the year of the Sioux Lookout Centennial. The theme for this year’s Blueberry Festival will be 'Hometown Heroes.' We have chosen this theme because we would like to honour and celebrate the people who have worked so hard to make our community what it is today. In light of Sioux Lookout’s Centennial, the Blueberry Festival Committee would like to take this opportunity to encourage a sense of civic pride within Sioux Lookout that can be carried on in the years to come. Come out to celebrate with us and honour your Hometown Heroes August 3 - 12, 2012”
