The Sioux Lookout Creative Arts Circle will be displaying selections from the Sioux Lookout Museum interspersed with recent creations at the A-Frame Gallery from July 15-September 5. Come by and check out some of the work women have done!

Hometown Heroes - August 3rd to 12th, 2012

"The Blueberry Festival Committee is pleased to be celebrating the 30th Annual Blueberry Festival in the year of the Sioux Lookout Centennial. The theme for this year’s Blueberry Festival will be 'Hometown Heroes.' We have chosen this theme because we would like to honour and celebrate the people who have worked so hard to make our community what it is today. In light of Sioux Lookout’s Centennial, the Blueberry Festival Committee would like to take this opportunity to encourage a sense of civic pride within Sioux Lookout that can be carried on in the years to come. Come out to celebrate with us and honour your Hometown Heroes August 3 - 12, 2012”
